We typically meet weekly during the initial strategy phase and every other week during the execution phase, giving you time to take action, evaluate what’s working, and adjust your approach as your search evolves.

Career Strategy Sprint
Focused 6-Week Coaching Engagement
A concentrated coaching engagement for clients who have a more defined goal or want focused help clarifying their direction, strengthening their positioning, developing their strategy, and getting their search underway.
We meet weekly for six weeks to build momentum and establish clear, actionable next steps.

Between-session support is included throughout the six-week engagement.

If you begin with the Career Strategy Sprint and decide you would be helped by a longer coaching engagement, you may upgrade to Career Catalyst during the Sprint. Your Sprint investment will be applied toward the Career Catalyst program, and we’ll adjust the remaining sessions and timeline accordingly.

For clients who have completed Career Catalyst and would benefit from continued strategy, accountability, and support.
Sessions are scheduled throughout the 12-week period based on your needs and can be used to evaluate progress, troubleshoot challenges, refine or expand your strategy, respond to new developments, and determine next steps.

Focused Coaching Session
$260 | 90 minutes
A strategic, deep-dive session designed to meet you exactly where you are. This is ideal if you want space to think out loud, get expert perspective, and walk away with clearer direction and actionable next steps.
We can focus on: career clarity and next-step strategy, detailed resume or LinkedIn feedback, interview preparation, messaging refinement, positioning yourself for a pivot or advancement, or whatever career challenge you want to address.
I also offer a 4-pack of 60-minute sessions ($700) for coaching in situations where you need multiple sessions and a coaching program isn’t the right fit.
