What Drives Me

Hi, I’m Jenny Yerrick Martin. In my career as an operations executive, one of the most rewarding parts of the position has been hiring, managing, and mentoring staff. I love helping people enter a role, grow their skills, and take the next step — so much so that in 2009 I launched a business offering career coaching and writing services.

In conjunction, I’ve taught at Boston University, spoken at SAG-AFTRA, Full Sail University, and Columbia College Chicago’s LA program, and I wrote Breaking Into the Biz —a guide to launching and navigating a Hollywood career. Over the years, I’ve helped clients across fields and from diverse backgrounds earn promotions, pivot industries, and find renewed meaning in their work.
