I've been on both sides of the hiring table—as a candidate and as someone making hiring decisions. I'm also a twice-certified interview preparation coach. I bring that experience and training together to help you prepare for your next interview.

Here's how it works.
You'll provide the job description and complete an assessment to identify your strengths, challenges, and priorities. We'll also have an intake conversation to discuss your experience, the role, and the format of your upcoming interview.
From there, I'll create a customized coaching plan focused on helping you communicate your value, demonstrate your fit, and make a strong personal connection with your interviewers.
Through practical strategies, targeted exercises, and interview practice, you'll develop the skills and confidence to handle even the questions you didn't anticipate.
I'll also provide practical tools and worksheets to help you develop your answers, organize your key messages, and practice on your own.
There are no trick questions—only opportunities to strengthen your candidacy.

Interview Preparation Package

This program is designed to help you become a more confident, compelling, and effective interviewer.
We'll focus on the specific opportunity you're pursuing, identifying what the employer is looking for and how to communicate the experience, strengths, and qualities that make you a strong candidate.
Your coaching will be customized based on your assessment, our intake conversation, the position, and the format of your upcoming interview.
You'll learn a systematic approach to interviewing that helps you communicate effectively, even when you're asked a question you didn't anticipate.
You'll also receive tools and worksheets you can use to prepare and practice, both for your upcoming interview and for future opportunities.
The goal isn't to memorize perfect answers. It's to develop the skills and confidence to make a compelling case for yourself—in this interview and the ones that follow.

Complete Interview Preparation Package
Comprehensive preparation with additional time to practice, refine your responses, and build confidence.
This package includes everything in the five-hour Interview Preparation Package, plus two additional hours dedicated to mock interviews and personalized feedback.
It's designed for clients who want more extensive preparation, whether they're facing a particularly important or challenging interview, want additional practice, or simply feel more confident knowing they've prepared as thoroughly as possible.
You'll have the opportunity to put your skills into practice in realistic interview situations, receive constructive feedback, and refine your responses before the real thing.
The goal is to walk into your interview not only knowing how to make a compelling case for yourself, but having practiced doing it.

Emergency Interview Preparation
Short on time? Let's make the most of the time you have.
This expedited session is designed for clients with an interview just around the corner who want focused, practical preparation.
We'll review the position, identify your most important selling points, and concentrate on the areas where coaching can make the biggest difference. Depending on your needs, we may work on likely interview questions, challenging topics, or how to communicate your strengths and experience more effectively.
While we won't have time for the comprehensive training offered in the longer programs, you'll leave with practical strategies and greater confidence heading into your interview.
One 90-minute session for an interview within 72 hours | $350

Signature 12-Week Career Coaching Program
Career Catalyst is my most comprehensive career coaching program, designed for professionals who want to make a meaningful career move with the benefit of sustained strategy, structure, and support.
Over 12 weeks, we'll work together to identify or refine your career direction, strengthen your professional positioning, develop a strategic and effective job-search plan, and put that strategy into action.
Unlike a shorter coaching engagement focused primarily on developing your strategy and getting started, Career Catalyst gives us time to work together as your search unfolds. We'll evaluate what's working, navigate challenges, explore new opportunities, and adjust your approach along the way.
We typically meet weekly during the initial strategy phase and every other week during the execution phase, giving you time to take action between sessions while maintaining momentum and accountability.

Career Catalyst graduates who would benefit from continued guidance and accountability may extend their engagement for an additional 12 weeks, including four 60-minute coaching sessions, for $1,200.
Additional Coaching Sessions
For clients who need occasional guidance on specific career questions or challenges, I also offer a package of four 60-minute coaching sessions for $800.
These flexible sessions can be used to address individual issues as they arise, rather than following the structured strategy development, execution, and ongoing support included in my career coaching programs.
